Tensile tester

PT101B-1 tensile strength tester is designed and manufactured according to national standard, it applies the modern mechanical design concept and the design principle of ergonomics and uses advanced microcomputer processing technology.

2.8 inch touch screen display, Chinese menu. Real-time display of time, load tension; the newest software has real-time display of anti - tension curve function; the instrument has powerful data display and analysis, management capabilities.

3. Applies modular type printer which is easy to install and has low fault; thermal printer

4. Direct measuring result: after one group of experiment is finished, the result is shown and the report is printed directly including mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.

5. High degree of automation: the instrument applies advanced accessories domestic and abroad .Microcomputer operates information sensing, data processing and motion control, has features of automatic reset, data memory, overload protection and fault self-diagnosis.

6. Multi-function, flexible configuration: the instrument is mainly used to measure the plastic films. If users change the configuration, the instruments can also be used to measure other materials such as paper, chemical fiber, metal wire and metal foil. Also it can be applies in measuring film  resistance, tensile strength, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, anti-tension energy absorption index. Especially can measure micro values.
