TF food type freeze dryer simplifies the cumbersome operation of the small freeze dryer, prevents material pollution, and accelerates the sublimation of material moisture. This series of models has shelf heating and programmable functions to view freeze-drying curves, convenient for users to observe the freeze-drying process.
Feature
1. In situ pre-freeze drying;
2. Silicone oil heating, high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤ 1 ° C, drying effect is uniform;
3. Shelf temperature adjustable, controllable production process;
4. It can store 5 programs; each program can be set to 24 segments. The freeze dryer can modify the program parameters during the operation, and record the vacuum drying curve and data online; all the operation traces can be recorded;
5. Because the drying chamber and the cold trap are separated structures, the water-trapping ability is strong and the drying time is short;
6. Touch screen, PLC control, can set the power-on password, display the drying curve;
7. The square tray is not easy to be deformed, easy to operate and easy to clean;
8. The inflation valve is configured to be filled with an inert gas;
9. The drying chamber adopts a high light transmissive colorless transparent plexiglass door, which can clearly observe the change process of the material during the operation;
