1. Main Usage

XF-KL3500 X fluorescence silicon aluminum analyzer  adopts  X ray stimulating sample, detects produced quadratic character X ray, that is gaining silicon aluminum qualitative and quantitative analysis result. The product is widely applied in industries, such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, etc. It is used in cement factory, which mainly measure the percentage content of SiO2、Al2O3  in the  materials, such as raw material, clinker, limestone, clay, etc. Because of its fast analysis speed, ( 1 minute), so it could monitor the change condition of SiO2, Al2O3  in the production process in real time, so as to adjust the ratio of raw material in time, laying the solid foundation for producing high qualified rate of clinker. It is used in magnesium metal industry, fastest one minute could make quick analysis of SiO2, Al2O3 in deoxidizer , such as ferrosilicon.
